The midpoint of the NFL season is approaching rapidly, and with it the trade deadline as teams decide whether to dig in and compete, or sell and get what they can for players who are not in the plan for future seasons.

Thursday Night Football this week presents two teams on different ends of the spectrum. The Minnesota Vikings have dropped just a single game so far this year, a narrow Week 6 loss to the Detroit Lions, while the Los Angeles Rams sit at 2-4 and have already reportedly been shopping several noteworthy members of the roster.

The Vikings come into the game at SoFi Stadium as 2.5 point favorites, with the over/under sitting at 47.5 points. The over seems very attainable with Minnesota entering the contest averaging 28 points per game, and with Los Angeles looking to potentially feature receiver Cooper Kupp, who could be playing his final game in a Rams uniform.

So, take the over and expect the Vikings to win and cover.

Fans can watch the game on Prime Video from Amazon at 8:15 ET/5:15 PT.
