Tonight’s Monday Night Football doubleheader gets underway at 7:30 p.m. EDT tonight with the Tennessee Titans at Miami Dolphins. The matchup in South Florida features a pair of teams that have combined to go 1-5 through the first three weeks of action.

That’s not necessarily a recipe for ratings success, but the NFL always finds a way to draw in viewers. For Buffalo Bills fans, the best reason to tune in is to see how things go for the Dolphins as they continue navigating the early season without quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

Does Miami have enough resolve to put away an inferior opponent in the Titans? The odds at FanDuel narrowly favored the Dolphins (-2.5) at kickoff. Whether Miami can make good on that number is anyone’s guess.

I believe the Dolphins find a way to get it done, ending the night with a 27-13 win.

In other Monday Night Football action, the Seattle Seahawks take on the Detroit Lions at Ford Field beginning at 8:15 p.m. EDT. On paper, this is the premiere matchup of the evening, with the Seahawks (3-0) and Lions (2-1) having combined for a 5-1 record through Week 3.

As of publishing, the odds with FanDuel again favor the home team — the Lions are listed as 4.5-point favorites (-4.5). This game may not be so easily decided, but I’m here to take in all of Detroit’s success when they’re not facing the Bills. Seattle has played the Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, and Dolphins. Consider me among those wanting to see them play against better competition before buying the hype.

The Lions hand the Seahawks their first loss of 2024, winning 34-24.

Here’s your open thread for all of tonight’s Monday Night Football action!
